At the heart of the kitchen at Estació Vegana
At the helm of the kitchen at Estació Vegana are Núria and Marina.
After different professional experiences working for health and well-being from different perspectives, we found common ground in cooking. Together we discovered that with 100% plant-based ingredients we could create a whole world of flavors and textures.
